Nest Catalyst is a six-month entrepreneurship program connecting life science scientists with biotech leaders and investors through online workshops and a Silicon Valley roadshow to mentor company creation and building business acumen with no equity taken from participants' IP remaining their own completely for founders who have raised under $1M for health or wellbeing startups based in the US and Israel who can receive direct feedback and pitch opportunities at end of program roadshow pitch night with investors from Silicon Valley ecosystem leaders and potential partners in life sciences sector under Goodwin Labs initiative with legal assistance and mentorship support offered to participants across stages of commercialization support from early-stage to fundraising readiness during six months ending with pitch night in Silicon Valley roadshow events with leading industry figures and angels/VCs involved directly as mentors throughout six-month period of participation without losing IP
