Next Level Accelerator Cohort Program

The Boost Pad offers a 14-week accelerator in the Charlotte region providing mentorship, workshops, legal support, and pitch competition opportunities for early-stage startups without taking equity (subject to a refundable $200 deposit). Starting cohorts are selected across key verticals including Mainstreet, Construction, Food Innovation, Hi-Growth/Hi-Tech, and Supplier Diversity/Logistics with under $100k-$175k in revenue and under 5 years of operation. Hybrid virtual and in-person model with pitch competition prizes up to $5,000 for grant currency resources, and no equity taken from founders participating in the program's flagship tracks and workshops over the cohort period in NC area startups with 18+ founders admitted annually based in NC region directly supported through partnerships with CLIMB legal support and diverse local entrepreneurial organizations throughout Mecklenburg County and adjacent counties in Charlotte region for scalable early-stage firms with active MVPs seekin
