What happens

Proceedings kick off at 6:00 PM with registration and welcoming conversations, moving directly into interactive networking at 6:30 PM to map out synergies. From 7:00 PM, selected early-stage startups deliver seven-minute pitches followed by sharp audience questions, finishing with casual networking and refreshments until 9:00 PM.

Who's in the room

Attendees comprise a hand-picked crowd of local founders, co-founders, software engineers, and venture capital investors. Organizers deliberately limit numbers to encourage substantive discussions between technical builders and active backers rather than surface-level small talk in an overcrowded room.

How to prepare

Selected presenters should ruthlessly time their slides to comfortably fit the seven-minute pitching limit and anticipate technical probing during the Q&A. For general attendees, define two or three clear collaboration goals before stepping into the room to make the opening interactive networking session productive.

Each speaker has 7 minutes to convey their unique value proposition, business strategy, and target market. This is where ideas meet opportunity. After each pitch there is a Q&A session with audience.
  4. 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM · Casual Networking & Refreshments — Relax and enjoy refreshments while engaging in purposeful conversations. Discuss collaborations, exchange insights, and nurture relationships that could transform into tangible business outcomes.
