  1. 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM · Registration & Welcome — Guests check in. This is also your first opportunity to connect-meet like-minded innovators, spark initial conversations, and set the tone for an impactful experience.
  2. 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM · Opening & Interactive Networking — Interactive networking is designed to help participants define objectives, identify synergies, and create meaningful connections that could lead to collaborations and partnerships.
  3. 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM · Startup Pitch Session — Startups present their ventures to investors and industry experts. Each speaker has 7 minutes to convey their unique value proposition, business strategy, and target market. This is where ideas meet opportunity. After each pitch there is a Q&A session with audience.
  4. 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM · Casual Networking & Refreshments — Relax and enjoy refreshments while engaging in purposeful conversations. Discuss collaborations, exchange insights, and nurture relationships that could transform into tangible business outcomes.
