Founder brief

Who should attend

Startup founders, engineers, and researchers working within artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deeptech will find this gathering relevant. It suits those based in the Austin area looking to connect directly with the local technical ecosystem without having to purchase a ticket.

What happens

Hosted at Antler VC starting at 17:30, this in-person evening meetup offers space for the local tech community to convene. There are no formal pitch opportunities scheduled, making the gathering a straightforward environment for open discussion around technical and operational challenges in AI.

Who's in the room

Attendees will encounter community members and practitioners aligned with hosts Michael Daigler and Jake O'Shea. The gathering is supported by sponsors Antler, Gauntlet AI, and webAI, bringing a mix of early-stage venture presence and specialized AI technology builders into the venue.

How to prepare

Because this meetup has no formal pitching format, prepare a succinct spoken summary of your current project and what you are building. Bring concrete discussion points about your technical stack or immediate operational goals to engage effectively in unstructured conversations with fellow founders and operators.
