Cybersecurity and SaaS entrepreneurs seeking early feedback, local investors looking for emerging ventures, and professionals curious about Calgary's security ecosystem will benefit from attending. Founders at any stage can apply to pitch their ideas or simply build connections with peers and ecosystem leaders.

What happens

Starting with an opening networking window, the evening transitions to fast-fire three-minute pitches without slide decks. Each presenter responds to two questions, one from the judging panel and one from attendees. Judges then award the 500-dollar grant before the room opens up for final discussions.

Who's in the room

Founders, local investors, and tech professionals gather alongside an evaluation panel featuring Adrian Ghira, CEO at GAM Tech; Kim Noble, Academic Chair at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology; and Musap Abdelhag, Founder at Onstack AI Labs.

How to prepare

Rehearse a tight, deck-free verbal pitch that explains your core value proposition within the strict three-minute limit. Prepare concise answers for technical questions from industry judges and market-driven questions from general audience members, and bring business cards for the two networking sessions.
