Starting at 7:00 PM, the gathering builds toward an 8:50 PM pitch session featuring three to five companies delivering eight-minute presentations paired with live Q&A. Beginning at 9:30 PM, the schedule shifts into thirty minutes of direct follow-up conversations for deeper evaluations and next steps.
