Attendees check in at 6:00 PM before moving into structured interactive networking to align goals and identify synergies. At 7:00 PM, selected startups take the floor for seven-minute pitches highlighting business models, traction, and strategy. The final hour winds down with casual networking and refreshments until 9:00 PM.

How to prepare

Speakers should rehearse their narrative to comfortably fit the strict seven-minute presentation window, ensuring traction and business strategy are clear early on. Bring a functional link to your pitch deck ready to share, and outline two or three concrete partnership or funding objectives before the opening networking session starts.

  4. 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM · Casual Networking & Refreshments — Relax and enjoy refreshments while engaging in purposeful conversations. Discuss collaborations, exchange insights, and nurture relationships that could transform into tangible business outcomes.
