Founder brief

Who should attend

Startup leaders running rapidly scaling companies will gain the most from this evening. It suits those wrestling with practical operational bottlenecks, hiring challenges, or upcoming funding rounds who want focused peer exchanges rather than passive presentations.

What happens

Welcome drinks at 18:00 kick off introductions before host Andrew Browning shares a brief update on the community. Attendees then rotate into small group discussions centered on growth tactics, followed by dedicated topic sessions spanning finance, fundraising, operations, product, AI, marketing, and sales before open networking closes the night.

Who's in the room

More than 100 founders of high-growth ventures will fill the space at HUCKSTER London, alongside hosts Andrew Browning and Miriam Deas. The crowd gathers specifically around peer-to-peer discussions on business building and functional scaling challenges.

How to prepare

Review your primary growth bottlenecks in advance so you can contribute efficiently to the small group circles. Select which breakout topics align best with your current milestones, whether that is fundraising strategy, team operations, or AI implementation, and bring specific questions to explore with fellow founders.
