Founder brief

Who should attend

Founders seeking to connect with venture capital backers across diverse sectors will find value here. Since there is no formal pitch stage, founders focused on relationship building across the broader regional ecosystem benefit most from joining the sessions and venue visits.

What happens

Activities start with a daytime program running from 13:00 to 20:00 at the Texas Capitol. At 17:00, the Austin Venture Crawl launches, offering continuously rolling shuttles that carry participants across downtown stops through 20:00, concluding on October 16.

Who's in the room

Backing partners and venture investors populate the space, with support from Silverton Partners, Tuesday Capital, Ballistic Ventures, Geek Ventures, Ionic Partners, 512Financial, and LAUNCH Accelerator. Attendees include sector-agnostic operators and investors congregating across Austin.

How to prepare

Plan a concise self-introduction suited to walking discussions and casual shuttle rides. Review the participating investment groups ahead of time to identify which partner profiles align with your industry, and wear comfortable shoes for moving between downtown venues.
