Who should attend

Registration is open to growth-oriented businesses offering a technology-based product or service that are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Teams can send up to two people, making it relevant for founders and technical leaders working across artificial intelligence, climate tech, deeptech, health, fintech, or food innovation.

What happens

Proceedings begin with an online preparation session in late October. On-site activity starts November 9 with a welcome reception, workshop, and the opening event, followed by three days of mainstage presentations, NL Lounge activities, and a Dutch networking gathering. Itinerary options may also include targeted matchmaking sessions and visits to local innovation hubs.

Who's in the room

Project manager Maarten Schweers hosts the Dutch contingent alongside international speakers such as Union Square Ventures managing partner Albert Wenger, MiniMax GM Alan Shen, and Initialized partner Abdul Ly. Attendees will also encounter investors from Scale Venture Partners and Costanoa Ventures, as well as researchers like Carissa Véliz from the Oxford Institute for Ethics in AI.

How to prepare
